Leave HeavenLay’d. 🤍 🪽 BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT To maintain the HeavenLay’d standard of excellence, please review carefully: Wash & Prep • Natural hair must be freshly washed 24–48 hours before your appointment. • I do not work on dirty, oily, or product-heavy hair. • Unwashed hair may cause slipping, frizz, and reduced longevity. Need help blow-drying? You may arrive with freshly washed, damp hair. Blow-dry is included at no additional cost. 🪽 HAIR OPTIONS You have two booking options: 1️⃣ Hair-Included Packages I provide: • The correct amount of high-quality hair • Lace (if applicable) • Full customization & install. 2️⃣ BYOH – Bring Your Own Hair If bringing your own hair: • Book the BYOH Install Only option • Pack hair brands must be approved (list sent after booking) • Bundles must be thick, salon-quality • No synthetic or thin bundles If hair does not meet HeavenLay’d standards, install may be declined. 🪽 LACE & WIG POLICY • Wigs, closures, and frontals must be dropped off 24–72 hours before appointment for customization. • Same-day customization fee: $25 🪽 HOW MANY BUNDLES DO I NEED? Ponytails • 1 Bundle – Sleek bun or simple ponytail • 2 Bundles – Fuller, longer ponytails (22”+) Quick Weaves & Half-Up Styles • 2 Bundles – Short or bob styles • 3 Bundles – Fuller or longer styles • 4 Bundles – Extra long & dramatic Additional bundles beyond 3: $25 each. 🪽 BRAIDED STYLES • Braiding hair is included. • Color must be selected at least 24 hours before appointment. • If no color is selected, appointment may be rescheduled. 🪽 TRAVEL SERVICES Travel appointments are available upon request. Travel Fees: • $100 – Within 20 miles of Houston • $150+ – Over 20 miles (based on mileage) Travel fee must be paid in full before departure. Deposit is still required for the service itself. 🪽 HOLIDAY & SAME-DAY BOOKINGS • $60 additional fee applies to: – Holiday appointments – Same-day bookings 🪽 QUESTIONS? Cancellation Policy

You’ll receive reminders 72 & 24 hours before your appointment. Please confirm promptly. • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance • Late cancellations: 20% fee • No call No-shows: 100% of service total will be charged • 15-minute grace period.
