A clean canvas is key to a heavenly outcome. • Unwashed hair may cause the style to slip, frizz, or not last — and I want your look to last as long as your confidence does. Need help blow-drying? You're welcome to arrive with clean, damp hair — I’ll blow-dry it for you at no extra cost. Just bring it freshly washed and we’ll take it from there. 🌸HOW MANY BUNDLES DO I NEED?🌸 Whether you're bringing your own or purchasing through me, here’s your heavenly hair guide: PONYTAILS • 1 Bundle – For sleek buns or simple ponytails; ideal for short or fine natural hair. • 2 Bundles – For fuller, longer ponytails (22”+). QUICKWEAVES & HALF-UP, HALF-DOWNS • 2 Bundles – Great for bobs or shorter natural styles. • 3 Bundles – Best for fuller, dramatic looks or longer lengths. • 4 Bundles – For ultra-long, ultra-full glam. Additional bundles beyond 3 are $25 each. 🌸HAIR INCLUDED SERVICES🌸 You have two divine options at HeavenLay’d: Book a Hair-Included Package or Bring Your Own Hair (BYOH). Read carefully and choose the one that best fits your appointment. BRAIDED STYLES • All braided styles include braiding hair in the price. • Be sure to select your color (or request a custom mix) at least 24 hours before your appointment. • If no color is selected, hair may not be provided and your appointment may be rescheduled. HAIR INCLUDED PACKAGES Skip the hassle of shopping. I’ll provide: • The correct amount of high-quality pack, virgin, or raw hair • A flawless, God-touched install — all in one booking FOR VIRGIN/RAW HAIR SERVICES: • Book at least 1 week in advance to allow for shipping if hair isn’t in stock. • Want to see what’s available? Text me before booking to confirm. BYOH — BRING YOUR OWN HAIR Prefer to provide your own bundles? Absolutely! Just make sure to book under the BYOH service option, which includes install only. 🤍If bringing pack hair: • You must purchase specific brands I recommend. I’ll send you the approved list after you book. 🤍 Wig, Closures, Frontals: • Wigs, Closures and Frontals must be dropped off in 24-72 hours prior to appointment for customization. Failure to do so will result in a $25 same day customization. 🤍If bringing bundles: • Hair must be thick, full, and of salon quality. • Thin bundles or thick, bulky wefts, synthetic hair may not be accepted. • If your hair doesn’t meet HeavenLay’d standards, I may decline the install or your results may not reflect the full vision. The glory is in the details — let’s make sure your hair matches the excellence of HeavenLay’d. 🌸TRAVEL SERVICES AND FEES 🌸 If you would like to book a mobile appointment, please review the travel policy below: Travel Fees • $100 — Locations within a 20-mile radius of Houston • $150+ — Locations over 20 miles from the studio (final price depends on exact mileage) Payment Policy • Travel fee must be paid in full before travel begins. • Appointment deposits are still required in addition to the travel fee. Important Notes • Mileage is calculated from my studio location. • Travel availability may vary depending on the day and service requested. • Please provide the exact address when booking a travel service. 🌸HOLIDAY AND SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS 🌸 • An additional $60 will be added to your appointment if booked on a holiday or same day. Cancellation Policy

You’ll receive reminders 72 & 24 hours before your appointment. Please confirm promptly. • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance • Late cancellations: 20% fee • No-shows: 85% of service total will be charged • 15-minute grace period. After 20 mins, appointment may be canceled --- 💡 WHY THIS POLICY? To honor both our time and ensure a peaceful, professional experience.
